2010 Eagle Scout Scholarship Application Information

In February 2010, the Boy Scouts of America will celebrate 100 years as an organization. Founded as an outlet to prepare every eligible youth in America to become a participating citizen and leader, BSA has more than fulfilled its mission. Today, as we celebrate our first 100 years, we not only reflect on our rich history, but lay the foundation for a strong future, as well.

Visit www.scouting.org/100years for a wealth of information on the 100th Anniversary events. Examples of events are alumni connection, Scouting for Food, geocaching, Time Capsule, Blue and Gold ceremonies, Jamboree and more.

See the letter from Bob Mazzuca, Chief Scout Executive and John Gottschalk, BSA National President

Twin Arrows District is proud to announce the 4th Annual Pinewood Derby Race.

Come join the fun and excitement as the cars race down the track to see who has the fastest car.

Each Scout car entered in our race has a chance to be entered in the “Race to 2010”. A drawing will be held to determine which Pinewood Derby car gets to race across America (or even the world!) in honor of Scouting's 100th Anniversary. This finish line is Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia for the 2010 National Scout Jamboree.
